There are no restocking fees.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time to post the credit.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@hamelka.com. After that window, orders may have already entered processing. If your order has shipped, you'll need to follow our return process instead.
Damaged items: Contact us at support@hamelka.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of purchase, reach out and we'll open a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost, we'll reship or fully refund your order.
